What makes Aquatir caviar truly exceptional is the years of patient sturgeon rearing, careful attention, and uncompromising dedication. We offer four distinct types of caviar, each with its own character, color, taste, and gastronomic individuality:
Beluga Caviar (Huso huso)
• Color: from pearly to dark gray with bluish tones
• Egg size: up to 3.5 mm
• Taste: rich, elegant, with a subtle creamy note
• Shelf life: 4 months (Classic), 8 months (Malossol)
Russian Sturgeon Caviar (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii)
• Color: from light to dark bronze with golden shades
• Egg size: up to 2.5 mm
• Taste: expressive, with a light nutty finish
Bester Caviar (Beluga x Sterlet hybrid)
• Color: from light green to anthracite
• Taste: vibrant, balanced, intense
Sterlet Caviar (Acipenser ruthenus)
• Color: silvery gray to light green
• Egg size: up to 1.5 mm
• Taste: delicate, clean, refined
